Referral Process
Our Easy Intake Process!
We make the referral process as easy as possible for patients, case managers, and physicians. Please fax or email order, demographics, allergies, height, weight, access, and discharge information.
We will then have financial approval within the hour, and usually can deliver medications within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
If it is indicated that the patient needs home health, we will then locate a home health that is in network for the patient and coordinate all care needed.
